Wine Orders and Delivery
Please allow a 2-business day (Mon.- Fri.) turnaround time on all orders. Most of the wines in our catalog are in stock. Items that are in more limited supply will be noted as such.
We offer free delivery within the greater downtown area including the Venetian Islands.
Deliveries outside our local area will be shipped at cost and packaged in secure customized wine containers. Please contact us for more information about our delivery area or to arrange delivery.

RETURNS:
We recommend you review all of your purchases before leaving Wine by the Bay and we ask that you keep your receipt, as we need the original purchase receipt to complete a product return -- no exceptions. There are no restocking charges with any accepted return, except for special orders. 1. Wine Unopened, undamaged bottles will be accepted for return, with proof-of-purchase and within 30 days. Corked wine will be exchanged within 15 days, only if there is at least 3/4 of the wine remaining in the original bottle. Proof of purchase is required. Customer's name, address, phone number and nature of complaint will be recorded. Wines that are 10 years or older are considered "artifacts" and cannot be returned or exchanged. 2. Accessories Vinturi, Laguiole and Vacuvin have an unlimited 2-year guarantee. Within that time frame, we will gladly exchange the defective product for a new one, with original proof-of-purchase, your name, address & phone number. All other wine accessories have a 6-month guarantee. If you are without a receipt, you must contact the manufacturer directly. 3. Wine Glasses and Decanters Guaranteed by manufacturer only.
